As a police officer, your radar shows all prisoners within 200 studs. Focus on securing the prison perimeter first, then patrol the streets. The police helicopter has thermal vision that reveals hiding prisoners within 100 studs — use it when suspects go dark.
The most common escape route is the underwater tunnel from the sewer. Station an officer at the sewer exit at all times. The C4 Explosive can breach the armored truck — if you hear an explosion, respond within 30 seconds or the suspects will escape with the loot.
